Delete your Sparkle account

You can delete your Sparkle account, and everything stored with it, at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1: in the app (instant)

1. Open Sparkle and sign in.
2. Tap your profile.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

The deletion happens right away and cannot be undone.

Option 2: by email (if you can't open the app)

Send a message from the email address on your account to:

sparkle@looksmaxify.me

Use the subject line Delete my Sparkle account. We delete the account and its data within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account: your email address and sign-in details.
• Every photo you uploaded and every result Sparkle made for you, including the reference photos from your AI profile and any face crops made from them.
• Your history, favorites and notification settings.

Copies of photos that the AI image service processes for a single request are not kept by us, as described in our Privacy Policy.

What we may keep

We may keep limited records that the law requires, such as proof of a purchase for tax purposes, and anonymous totals that cannot be tied back to you (for example, how many photos were made on a given day).

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel yours in the store first, or you will keep being charged:

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Sparkle → Cancel.
• Android: Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sparkle → Cancel.
