Sparkle turns the photos you already have into shots that look like they were taken on a real camera. If something isn't working, write to us and a person will read it.
We answer within two business days. Telling us your account email, your device, and what you tapped right before the problem gets you a fix much faster.
A generation usually takes under a minute. It keeps running on our servers even if you close the app, and if you allowed notifications we'll tell you the moment it's ready. If a generation has been running for more than five minutes, email us with the time you started it.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us, so they're managed in the App Store: open the App Store app, tap your profile picture, then Subscriptions. Sparkle also links to that screen from Profile → Manage Subscription.
Tap Restore purchases on the paywall. If that doesn't clear it, email us from the address on your Sparkle account and we'll fix it manually.
In the app: Profile → Delete Account. That permanently deletes your account and every photo you've generated. It does not cancel an active subscription — cancel that in the App Store separately, or you'll keep being charged.
